Refund Policy

If the value of the item(s) purchased in exchange exceeds the value of the returned item, the customer shall pay for the excess amount accordingly. Exchange product that value less than the return value, there will be no refund for the difference of price.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund and exchange based on the condition of the item(s) and the fulfilment procedure in accordance with Section 1 Terms of Service. This return(s) policy does not apply to items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable align with Medication Safety.

 Items that are going to be refunded or exchanged will be checked by our participating staff to avoid any faulty made by the customer. We may request photographic support regarding the faulty or incorrect item(s) before authorizing a return for full reimbursement. Items(s) that have any sign of use or wear or defective will not be accepted and we will immediately return them to the customer with written consent.

To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to our returns center. We recommend Customer use postal carrier who give you “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility. Please take note that all shipping costs shall be borne by customer.

Your refund will only be credited to the original value of your full-priced item(s) in a single transaction. Any additional cost(s) such as shipping cost, will not be refunded for returned item(s).

We are not liable for any costs associated with customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).

Any exchanges may only take place one (1) time per transaction.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase, for our further checking and review.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pharmedicare.my. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given by our team.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify/contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it right away.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item that you wish for is by returning the item you have. Once the return is being accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Strictly no refund(s) and/or exchange(s) for any type of promotional item(s) or special priced item(s), as well as during peak season (e.g.,; Ramadhan), and for hygiene essential products for hygiene purposes.

Item(s) purchased on the website may not  be exchanged at our Pharmedicare Pharmacy outlets.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will inform whether or not the refund was approved. If the request to return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@pharmedicare.my
